I would like to draw your attention to this latest amazing book by Dr. Joe Dispenza.
In this book Dr. Joe Diepenza demonstrates how anyone can create a better life and effect their circumstances positively.  By becoming more future orientated and overcoming our habitual emotions and attitudes, which are often rooted in our past, we can overcome enormous odds and recreate our lives and/or overcome serious health conditions and illnesses. This is no idle talk, Dr. Joe has walked his principles himself and is well placed to encourage others to follow suit.

Scores of people have healed themselves from serious illnesses and conditions in his extended advanced workshops. Others have created new lives for themselves through dedicated practices of targeted breathing exercises, various meditations, his clear lectures and other supporting practices on why and how to achieve these goals. Make no mistake, it does take total commitment, continual inner growth and the ability to (what he terms) create and foster the “new self” from inside out.

After his own serious accident and overcoming being crippled for life through the determined following of his own dictates as a chiropractor, he travelled the world and studied so-called spontaneous remissions.  He comes from a back-ground of Yoga, Marshal Arts and Mysticism.
What makes his work so unique is, that these days he uses a team of neuro-scientists in his workshops who monitor by means of brain-scans and other methods the students brain data. In this way it can be seen when somebody goes into a higher coherent heart and brain space. The scans show in great detail which part of the brain become activated. The more coherent the brain/heart signature becomes, the more likely healing and other elevated experiences are taking place. This then becomes a learned practice which can be achieved at will over time.

The testimonies on his web-site are truly amazing and his interviews, talks and meditations on YouTube are available to all and inspiring and a good introduction.
In such a short space I cannot give a true reflection of this book, which is written in clear understandable language, despite it being complex at times. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to widen his spiritual knowledge, practice and understanding and create a more focused future from the quantum level.
